The name “Ora d'Aria” (which in colloquial Italian refers to the daily, hourly time spent by inmates exercising outdoors while serving a term in jail) unequivocally conjures up the image of the now closed city prison here, which was housed -until not too long ago- in the opposite building.
It is also aimed at reminding you of the very special hour that we want you to enjoy in the refined ambience of our restaurant, where to sample the many wonders of head chef Marco Stabile .
Thanks to the kind patronage of the local (yet of nationwide fame) “Galleria Bagnai”, you can in fact glance at artworks displayed on the restaurant’s walls which could typically represent the work of some new and emerging talent, as well as that of a more celebrated one.

Mostly centred on Tuscan and France's Burgundy wines, there is a wonderful selection to pick and choose from anyway. |
